Dr. Elizabeth Kusi-Nsiah is a seasoned finance professional and visionary leader with over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and investment banking. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Adventist Heritage Co-operative Fund Ltd., she provides strategic leadership in financial planning, investment management, and institutional governance.
Dr. Kusi-Nsiah’s educational journey spans Ghana, the United States, Israel, and Zambia, reflecting her global outlook and commitment to continuous learning.
After her graduate studies, she served as an Internal Auditor at American Lighting Industry Inc. in California, USA, and subsequently joined First America Financial Services in Ontario, California, USA, where she rose to the position of Senior Financial Analyst. In 2011, she returned to Ghana to lead what was then the Ghana Adventist Heritage Fund, now the Adventist Heritage Co-operative Fund Ltd. as Fund Administrator, later advancing to her current role as CEO.
Dr. Kusi-Nsiah holds a Ph.D. in Development Studies with a specialization in Financial Planning and Management, an MBA in Finance from La Sierra University (USA), a B.A. in Religion and Accounting from Griggs University (USA), and advanced certificates in Banking Innovations and Financial Strategies (Galilee International Management Training Institute, Israel), Executive Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (Institute of Paralegal Training and Leadership Studies, Ghana). As well as Professional Certificate in Applied Research and Data Analysis from Africa Research University (ARU).
She is the author of the book - "FinTech Revolution: Bridging the Digital Divide for Ghana SMEs," a book that empowers small businesses through Digital innovation, Inclusive Finance, and Sustainable growth in Ghana. She has published scholarly articles in international journals. Dr. Kusi-Nsiah serves on multiple boards and executive committees across the three Adventist Unions in Ghana.
Beyond her professional practices, Dr. Kusi-Nsiah is passionate about mentoring the youth, providing relationship counseling, and serving as a patron to many groups within the Adventist church, as well as a financial advisor to Many people.
